Pay Traffic Ticket

(You have 30 days from the issue date of the citation)

Pay Traffic Ticket by Phone:

Make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our IVR service at (855) 984-1187.

Pay via a live representative Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 8 PM ET, at (844) 577-5649.

Go to payflclerk.com and follow the prompts to pay the ticket:

1. From the dropdown menu for COUNTY select MONROE

2. CITATION # (letters and numbers)

3. LEAVE STATE AND DRIVER’S LICENSE FIELDS EMPTY

4. Insert the Birthday on your citation (MM/DD/YYYY)

5. It’s going to ask you if you want to do TRAFFIC SCHOOL

(You will need to check with the state where your Driver’s License is from if they Honor the State of Florida Point system.)

If you choose to do the SCHOOL you have 90 days to find a FLORIDA CERTIFIED TRAFFIC SCHOOL online pay for the 4 hours BID Course. THE TRAFFIC SCHOOL OPTION ONLY PREVENTS POINTS FROM BEING ADDED TO YOUR LICENSE; YOU STILL NEED TO PAY THE CITATION. You would be eligible for Traffic School if you have not done traffic school in the last 12 months or 5 times in your lifetime.

3 days after you complete the course call back and make sure we received your Certificate of Completion.

IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE WE RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE OR THE STATE OF FLORIDA CAN SUSPEND YOUR LICENSE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE.
